1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DFYDude (operated by Brosir Solutions LLP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service & Unlocks

DFYDude operates on an unlock-based system. Unlocks purchased are non-transferable and, unless otherwise stated, do not expire. Abuse of the system, including unauthorized scraping or exploiting vulnerabilities, will result in immediate account termination.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Cashfree). Given the digital nature of our Unlocks, all sales are final and non-refundable unless there is a proven technical error in Unlock allocation.

4. Limitation of Liability

DFYDude provides lead information and AI-generated messages "as is". We do not guarantee responses, sales, or specific outcomes from your outreach efforts. Brosir Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
