He serves as President of Greenstaff Medical USA & Canada, a premier healthcare staffing & search firm providing high-quality clinical talent across North America. Established in 2017, GreenStaff Medical is an affiliate of ICG-Medical, a global healthcare staffing organization providing best-in-class clinical talent across the UK, South Africa, India, Japan, Australia and North America since 2003. Mr. Singleton also serves as Chief Development Officer of HemWell MD, a GE medical device company. Previously, Mr. Singleton served as Chief Development Officer of REVELOHEALTH, a Sante Capital company offering payor services to healthcare providers to gain more control over their cost of care now managed by a handful of billion dollar insurance companies. He also served as Executive Vice President for AMN Healthcare’s Leadership Solutions Division. This division of the nation’s largest healthcare workforce solution organization includes Merritt Hawkins, B.E. Smith, Advantas and Staff Care, firms providing technology or search solutions for permanent and temporary physician and advanced practitioner staffing, interim healthcare management and executive/leadership roles. He has overseen over some 50,000 permanent clinician & executive search assignments nationally. Mr. Singleton is recognized for his expertise & integrated communications in a broad range of healthcare issues, from physician & allied health compensation to medical staff planning. He is involved in healthcare communications with thousands of hospitals and medical groups regarding physician & allied health needs assessments, population health management, demographic & healthcare trends, compensation, contracts, retention, physician-hospital relations, compliance and numerous other related issues.
