Hi.. My purpose here is to empower entrepreneurs to amplify their Personal Brands and lead with confidence. With a deep-rooted entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of experience in both Brazil and the US, I leverage my 20+ years of experience and expertise in Personal Brand, Digital Marketing, and Leadership to empower others. I'm passionate about delivering creative solutions that drive community engagement. The point here: I always find the courage to continue with my entrepreneurial spirit and aim to make a difference in people's lives. I have faced many toughest decisions in my life, such as changing careers. Prior to founding Oi Digital Media, I served as the Executive Producer of Content with Farol Filmes. Under my leadership, Farol Films pioneered the development and design of TV series and documentary projects. My career transition was marked by bold decisions and a relentless pursuit of growth, ultimately leading me to create a platform that empowers entrepreneurs to build powerful personal brands. However, one of the most important decisions in my life was: leaving Brazil to pursue new opportunities in the US, filled with challenges, sacrifices, and growth. I only packed my dog in my luggage and dove headfirst into a journey without looking back. I left behind my family, loves, friends, culture, and habits. From learning English to mastering entrepreneurship, marketing, leadership, and technology, I've dedicated over 75,000 hours to advancing my expertise. My education includes 3 UCLA Certificates and one from FGV, all contributing to my mission of building a strong, unified team and empowering others through OI Digital Media. Today, as a forward-thinking leader, here on LinkedIn, I maintain a formal tone, sometimes even in a suit and tie leading OI Digital Media, but you can also catch me creating addictive content on Instagram, messing around on TikTok, and stirring up some controversies on X.
