We staff mostly IT positions and recruit for fulltime and contract placements anywhere in the US for a wide scope of skills. Our list of clients grew considerably, especially in the last few months when hiring really picked up especially for IT, Finance, Medical and Marketing. Our recruiters are very good at coaching during the entire life-cycle of getting placed where you want, provide excellent services that merit you recognition and promotions and throughout your career with one or multiple employers. Likewise, we often find a ‘home’ for great candidates, which you can refer to us. We kept improving our Recruiting Team, while keeping our service very personal with special attention to quality. With an average seniority of 4+ years as professional recruiters, they are true professionals. Our recruiters do not sell, manage accounts or 'do full desk' work: they just recruit. That allows them to perfect their skills. Conversely, our Account Managers do not recruit: they only interact with Clients and Hiring Managers to understand and meet their needs. This dedicated organization allows us to serve our Clients and Candidates very specifically, professionally and provide the customer service experience they need. When not working, I enjoy sailing (I have a Captain's license and sailed a few thousand miles offshore, including 2 one week passages on open seas, solo), mentoring and as a speaker at seminars; writing, reading and enjoying concerts and ballets.
