I love what I do! My fist inclination that I was destined to become a Recruiter came when I realized was how much I enjoyed hiring staff for a restaurant I ran right out of college. I valued the impact I could make in someone’s life by assisting them with a new job, a first job, a dream job! Recruiting was how I wanted to spend my time. I soon landed a job as a Recruiter, developed myself professionally, and went on to have a successful career in talent acquisition and Human Resources with Boston Market Restaurants culminating in my promotion to Director of Recruiting for the U.S. In 2009, I mustered my courage & took a leap of faith to open HR Innovators. At a time when the economy was tanking and companies were cutting back on staff; I forged ahead! I believe past performance predicts future performance. By asking in-depth questions that provide us with information on the successes / accomplishments of our applicants, we assess if candidates have the skills and qualifications to be successful in the role they are seeking and our clients need to fill! I strive to provide applicants with sound guidance and clear and honest feedback, with their job searches, resumes and interviewing skills; and to produce strong “matches” with regards to skills, experience and “cultural fit” between candidates and our client companies. I am unabashedly proud of the skills I have developed on my journey to be an expert in talent acquisition and recruitment. I have significant expertise in improving the quality and quantity of employees hired into the workplace and in coaching applicants through each step of the job search process. I am a proud Boilermaker. However, being a “Floridian” for many years, I often cheer for the Dolphins, Gators & Hurricanes. I enjoy sports, cooking, my family and my dog Cooper!
