I am the Co-Founder and Partner of High Point Recruiting. I have experience within the legal recruiting industry placing partners, associates, paralegals, law clerks, and in-house legal counsel at prominent law firms primarily within the Florida legal market. My focus is to develop strong relationships with my clients by listening to their needs and approaching my work with integrity and trust. I graduated from St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, FL with a B.A. in Business Management. I also spent 4 years playing basketball at the collegiate level, reaching the NCAA Division II Sweet 16 in 2014 and serving on the Student Athletic Advisory Committee as a voice for student athletes throughout the country. Following school, I worked in the legal recruiting and business development fields. My business career began as the General Manager and Director of Sales for a South Florida retail business and transitioned to Business Development for a nationwide insurance technology company later in my career. Before starting High Point Recruiting, I also worked for another legal recruiting company in South Florida. Operating in both the legal recruiting and business fields throughout my career has enhanced my skills in developing relationships, sales, managing people, and having a “driven to win” mindset with a strong work ethic in all facets of life. In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, competing in basketball leagues, and spending time with my wife and family.
