Co-founded MVP after working at a government contracting firm, Management Consulting, LLC, for 30+ years and seeing the immense difficulty in finding quality Military Veterans that have specific skills, certifications and security clearances. I began my career in the military as part of the Marine Corps and carried my experience in the service with me in every job I performed. With my extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry and my time at Management Consulting, LLC I continuously increased my responsibilities, taking on positions like Recruiting Business Development, Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management and Candidate Placement Recruiter. During this time, I was also tapped to launch, recruit and lead the global contracts division on Military Installations. With my experience in the military and recruitment industry I will continue to make MVP the premier place for Veterans and Reservists to find meaningful work opportunities with employers that care.
