I founded Xpedition on the belief that every story deserves to be respected. This principle has guided us as we've grown into a global team of 40+ passionate individuals. We're part marketing agency and part entertainment studio, all dedicated to helping clients like Airbnb, Amazon, and Google connect with their audiences through authentic storytelling. Building a diverse and inclusive team is at the heart of Xpedition. I'm proud that our team reflects the rich diversity of the world we live in, with a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives that fuel our creativity. I also believe in transparency. 60% of our team identifies as women, 40% as people of color, 30% as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, 30% are fluent in a language other than English, and 6% are veterans. Our team is in LA, SF, Vancouver, Denver, NYC, London, and Amsterdam. Seeing Xpedition recognized for growth (AdWeek's Fastest Growing Agencies, Inc. 5000) and quality (Emmys, Tony Awards, Inc. Best in Business) is rewarding, but the true measure of success is the impact we create for our team and our clients. My journey to Xpedition was shaped by my time in television at Sony Pictures Television (Shark Tank, Breaking Bad) and then producing shows like MasterChef, Bar Rescue, The Sing-off, and Big Brother. There, I learned the power of connecting with an audience on an emotional level. Now, that passion extends to Broadway and the West End, where I'm honored to be a producer on shows like "Gypsy," "Sunset Blvd," and the Olivier Award-winning "Operation Mincemeat." I believe that a diverse team isn't just the right thing to do; it's essential for impactful work. This belief guides me, from sharing our DEI learnings in publications like AdWeek and Forbes to my involvement with organizations like the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. It has also helped our team be recognized as one of Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators, an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, and AdWeek's Fastest Growing Agencies. Through it all, I've learned that success is a team sport. And on the topic of sports, I'll admit one of my most favorite braggable moments was defeating a Super Bowl Champion in a pickleball championship game—a reminder that unexpected victories are always possible.
